I’m so happy it’s Hump Day, I decided to share one of my favorite recipes for Margaritas.
The Spicy Cucumber Margarita.
– 1/2 cucumber
– 1/2 sliced seedless serrano pepper (minced)
– 1 oz tequila Casadores blanco
– 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
– 2 tablespoons Tajin seasoning
– splash of sour mix
In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber and serrano pepper. Add tequila, fresh lime juice, splash of sour mix, and ice to shake. Rim glass with lemon juice and Tajin seasoning. Strain into a tumbler glass and garnish with a sliced pepper.
